What Happens in the Cab Won't Stay in the Cab

Huh? Don't you just love a quote out of context. This is from Kelby Kleinsasser of AgIntegrated talking about connected farming. And it's a great image. The farmer, alone in his cab, working the land, is becoming a node in a communications network – a data collection point, and a peripheral of a smarter agricultural management system.

I like this quote because the same thing is going to happen in every walk of life. Live data awareness, or information support, will permeate every trade and profession. Our actions will be augmented by relevant and timely information. And we will be providers of data as well as consumers.  IdeaG
